We will be running multiple social media contests and giving away great prizes such as an iPad Mini, FREE registration to the 2014 NADA/ATD Convention & Expo and three complimentary hotel nights at the Hilton Riverside, Disney & Universal theme park tickets and more! We mustache you a question… - Instagram
Do you know of the mustache craze? We can’t tell you we fully understand it, but it definitely has arrived! We’ve placed super cool mustaches around the Expo floor, pick your favorite and post a picture of yourself wearing the ‘stache on Instagram with the #NADA2013 hashtag to win an iPad mini. Make sure to follow us! You can find the mustaches at:

Social Connection Zone
This year's convention is filled with opportunities to learn and embrace technology. to help you stay current on the latest tech trends and to get the most out of the event technology, we have created the Social Connection Zone that is similar to the Genius Bar found in Apple® stores. In this space, located on the Expo floor and featuring large, social media walls broadcasting a Twitter fountain & Flickr photos, you can get questions answered such as:
- "How do I download the convention app?"
- "How can I get my iPad to __________?"
- "Why won't my phone connect to the wi-fi?"
- "Who are the technology exhibitors at this show?"
- "How do I find out what other attendees are saying on Twitter?"
- What apps can help me with my productivity?"

Visit the Social Connection Zone to schedule a one-on-one consultation with one of the tech clinicians or stop in during one of the mini-session that will cover topics like "LinkedIn to the Second Degree: Getting more out of your LinkedIn profile, " "Twitter in Twenty: Intro to Twitter," and more. If you have a technology question, the Social Connection Zone is designed for you.

We will also be introducing a photo booth in Social Connection Zone- stop by, get your picture taken and we’ll thank the first 50 people on Saturday and Sunday with a Starbucks gift card and a chance at an iPad mini!

On Saturday February 8
th, from 9:30am – 10:30am stop by the Social Connection Zone for our annual “Tweet Up”! The Tweet Up gives conference goers the opportunity to physically meet their virtual networks. Attendees will learn names instead of Twitter handles, use handshakes instead of hashtags and converse in more than 140 characters! Come drink some coffee and network with your fellow auto Tweeters!

Meet NADA: Not Your Daddy's Orientation
Don't just attend the 2013 NADA Convention and Expo--explore it! Meet NADA will be your opportunity to discover the innovative ways you can learn and network outside of the classroom and traditional learning experiences. We'll walk you through all the options, and then encourage you to explore the different areas so you can better understand the impact they will have on your NADA experience. Take advantage of this time on the schedule that does not conflict with workshop sessions or connecting with potential partners in the Expo. Some of the area you'll be encouraged to visit and explore are the Social Connection Zone, Lifestyle, Franchise meetings, Workshops, and the Expo floor.
